Having invested in a renewable system, it is sensible to ensure it is maintained to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and to spot any potential problems. Our engineers will service your heat pump on an annual basis at a time to suit you. A lack of regular maintenance can invalidate manufacturers warranties and in some cases is a requirement for any funding. Whilst underfloor heating requires minimal maintenance we will always check this over when servicing your heat pump.

Solar panels definitely benefit from regular washing and the inverter and switch gear should be regularly checked to ensure the best performance.

What Technical Support do we offer?

When you purchase any renewable system from us, you automatically get our technical support and this lasts for the period of our warranty. Prior to installation we offer site visits and relevant technical drawings for your system. If you are using your own sub-contractors we will happily meet them and guide them with their work if necessary. Once installed we will discuss the system with you and show you how to use it. When installed we will help you through the RHI process to ensure you can access the government funding. Once you are up and running we are only at the end of a phone.
